The Maryland Park Service, together with the National Park Service, recently opened the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. To commemorate the opening, panelists talked about Harriet Tubman’s legacy, her work with the Underground Railroad, and the ongoing preservation of her Maryland birthplace.
